Driving innovation for patient benefit is a core strategic aim for Discovery Park which aims to be a world class world leading science park to drive the success of the life sciences sector in the UK. The Reactor programme is an 8 week programme, starting the week commencing 20th September, completely tailored for the life sciences. The aim of the programme is to analyze and improve our commercialisation plan with the entire team at TestAVec taking part.
Throughout the 8 week period, we will be assisted and mentored by Life Science expert mentors who will address the maturity of the business, the strategic target destination, and the gap that we need to address as we grow. There will be around 20 mentors on the programme, with a wide range of expertise across the life sciences sector. They include: Dr Claire Thompson, CEO of Agility Life Science; NED and Trustee (UK Dementia Research Institute, LifeArc and MedCity) Jo Pisani; and Isabel Fox, General Partner at Outsized Ventures; Dr Nigel Sansom of PinPoint Data Science; Dr Peter Crane of Outsized Ventures and Dr Kevin Cox of ValiRx.
