TestAVec researchers devise new protocols to generate high titre HIV-1 lentivirus vectors in a cost efficient and scalable method

TestAVec researchers, lead by CSO Professor Michael Themis, have devised new protocols for making high titre HIV-1 lentivirus particles rapidly and efficently. Scalable methods are lacking in labs for the production of high titre viral vectors for use in research and the clinic. Our methodology provides easily transferable protocols using common reagents and equipment found in all labs, such as glass flasks. TestAVec welcome discussions on generating these high titre viral vectors so do reach out.
