Our paper highlighted the transcriptomics of the induced pluripotent stem cells and liver derivatives has been selected as the Editor's choice article. This paper titled "๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฝ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ถ๐ฃ๐ฆ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น-๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ-๐น๐ถ๐ธ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ๐" compares the profile of the cells we use in the TestAVec laboratories to a wide database of cancer cells. Here we have determined through advanced AI modelling the relative naivety of the stem cells and low cancer background of our liver derivatives, more so than that of other liver differentiation protocols. This makes these cells useful for toxicity analysis, especially in genotoxicity outreads.
